*For nested sheets of cabinet parts on sheets that are 3/4"
thick or less. Add $5 to any sheets that are prelaminated
with plastic laminate, and $6 to any sheet that is 1" to 1 1/2"
thick. In addition, CAD to CAM programming is $45 per
layout for any size sheet of cabinet parts. Any other part
types must be quoted.
